Blood Orange White Wine Spritz
Ingredients:
30ml Aperol
30ml Blood Orange juice
90ml Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc
Soda Water
Method:
Fill a wine glass with ice and add slices of blood oranges to the glass.
Add the Aperol and blood orange juice.
Add the Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc and top with soda water.
White Wine Strawberry Smash
Ingredients:
3-5 strawberries, cut into chunks
30ml gin
30ml lemon juice
45ml honey
60ml Leopards Leap Chardonnay
Method:
Add the strawberry chunks to a cocktail shaker or glass and muddle.
Add the gin, lemon juice, honey and chardonnay. Stir to combine or shake in a cocktail shaker.
Fill a coupe glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
Garnish with strawberries and fresh sage.
Non-Alcoholic White Wine Mojito
Ingredients:
3 limes, sliced
1/4 cup simple syrup
60ml lemon juice
1/2 cup mint sprigs
1 bottle Leopard’s Leap De-Alcoholised Classic White
Soda Water Method
Method:
To a large pitcher, add all the ingredients except the soda water. Stir to combine.
Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour the mojito mixture into the glass and top it with soda water.
Garnish with mint
